User Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in with Google or Facebook to a demo or staging application developed by Mostrum Srl (a "Demo App"), you can ask at any time for your data to be deleted in one of the following ways.

1. Delete your profile in the Demo App

Most Demo Apps include a button to delete your profile, usually in the Profile or Settings section (for example "Delete account"). Once you confirm, your profile and its associated data are deleted.

2. Email [email protected]

If the Demo App has no delete button, or you can no longer sign in, write to [email protected] and include:

• the name or address of the Demo App;
• the provider you signed in with (Google or Facebook);
• the email address associated with your account.

To protect your data, please write from the same email address you signed in with; otherwise we may ask you to verify your identity. We delete your data and send you a confirmation within 30 days of your request.

3. Revoke access from your account (optional)

Deleting your data from the Demo App does not remove the permission you granted with the provider. To revoke it:

• Google: go to Google Account → Third-party apps & services, select the Demo App and remove its access.
• Facebook: go to Settings → Apps and Websites, select the Demo App and click "Remove".
