Demo Apps Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the demo and staging applications that Mostrum Srl develops for its clients (the "Demo Apps"). By accessing a Demo App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Demo App.

1. Provider

Mostrum Srl, Via Generale Antonio Chinotto 24, 36100 Vicenza (VI), Italy. VAT number IT04448080244.

2. Nature of the service

Demo Apps are used to present, test and validate software and to release new features early, before they go live. They are not production environments:

• they are provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, continuity or service levels;
• features, content and data may be changed, reset or deleted at any time without notice;
• they may be suspended or shut down at any time, in particular when the client moves to its own permanent environment.

3. Sign-in with Google or Meta

You sign in through Google or Meta (Facebook) authentication. By using these services you also accept the terms of the respective provider. You are responsible for the security of your account with the provider. How we process your data is described in the Demo Apps Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

When using a Demo App you agree not to:

• use it for unlawful purposes or for anything other than evaluating the software;
• enter personal data of others without the right to do so, or special category (sensitive) data not needed for testing;
• attempt to access unauthorized areas or data, or compromise the security and operation of the service;
• copy, decompile or redistribute the software.

Mostrum may suspend access if these terms are breached.

5. Intellectual property

The software, content and trademarks of the Demo Apps belong to Mostrum or to the client the Demo App is built for, as agreed between the parties. Access does not transfer any rights in the application.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mostrum is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Demo Apps, nor for the loss of data entered in them. Do not use Demo Apps to store data or documents you do not have a copy of.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, together with the date of the last update.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Vicenza has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
