003 Bike Srl, a leader in cycle tourism in Puglia, approached us with the need to fully digitalize the rental experience and e-bike tour management.
The goal was ambitious: to allow tourists to book, pay, and explore the region in total autonomy, removing the logistical need for physical guides for every excursion. Working with diverse entities, from startups to established enterprises, we understand how crucial it is to innovate business processes.
The main challenge was creating a tool that was extremely simple for the end-user yet robust in managing advance payments and geographic tracking. The client required a system that wasn't just a showcase, but a true operational engine for their business, capable of handling seasonal peaks and complex data flows.
To meet these challenges, Mostrum Srl developed a bespoke digital ecosystem consisting of a mobile application (iOS and Android) and a web administration panel. We applied our structured four-phase workflow—from requirements analysis to release—ensuring that every feature, from the interactive map to the checkout, was perfectly aligned with the client’s growth and positioning goals.
A Seamless Mobile Experience: In-App Booking and Payments

To free 003 Bike Srl from the need for physical escorts, we implemented a GPS navigation system directly within the application.
This feature transforms the tourist's smartphone into a precise virtual guide, highlighting exclusive routes and points of interest among the beauties of Puglia. This solution not only enhances the user experience by offering greater freedom but also optimizes the client’s operating costs, turning a complex idea into a functional and scalable reality.
The routes, carefully curated by the client and converted into GPX format, were made available within the app, accessible only upon booking and optimized for limited data usage.
Centralization and Control via Custom Web Management Software
Behind the app lies a powerful back-office. We created a Custom Web Management System that serves as the control room for the entire business.
Through this platform, the administration can manage app content in real-time, monitor booking statuses, manage user databases, and configure e-bike availability.
This tool is essential for centralizing business processes, ensuring the client has full control over their data through bespoke software design.
Tech Stack: Performance and Scalability with Laravel and React Native
To ensure high performance and long-term maintainability, we selected a modern and reliable tech stack. Using React Native for mobile development allowed us to create a single, high-performing codebase for both iOS and Android, reducing time-to-market without sacrificing native quality.
The backend, developed with Laravel and Vue, ensures stability and security in data management. This custom cloud architecture is designed to be scalable, adapting to the future growth of the client’s business.
