QMS - Web-based Quality Management System for Remote Control

With our QMS software, Serenissima Ristorazione wanted to equip itself with an innovative tool that would allow it to further monitor and improve the quality of its processes, in order to offer its customers an even more excellent service.

Our QMS is a complete system that allows you to:

• Create personalized control checklists: The QMS backoffice allows users to create personalized control checklists for each client and to set the compilation plan. The checklists can be compiled by different users, including workers or the clients themselves.
• Monitor quality trends: The results of the control checklists are processed by QMS into an intuitive dashboard that allows you to monitor quality trends over time. The dashboard provides a complete overview of the company's strengths and weaknesses, allowing you to identify areas that need improvement.
• Take corrective actions: QMS allows you to identify and manage non-conformities related to the quality of products and services. The system automatically sends email notifications to responsible users to report non-conformities and activate the necessary corrective actions.
• Automate processes: QMS automates various processes, such as scheduling control checklists, sending email notifications, and generating reports. This allows users to save time and focus on more important activities.

We solved this problem using a scalable server architecture including a load balancer, CDN, bucket for storing physical data, and automated security controls to prevent unauthorized access and alarms in case of anomalies.
